Accompanied by expert ranger guides, you hike through misty volcanic slopes searching for your assigned gorilla family.
The trek duration varies depending on gorilla movement and can range from one to several hours.

Following an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on your exciting golden monkey trekking experience inside Volcanoes National Park.
Guided by rangers, trek through bamboo forest and volcanic terrain searching for lively golden monkeys, famous for their energetic behavior and beautiful golden-orange fur.
Along the trek, enjoy sightings of forest birds, flowers, and occasional other primates while learning about Rwanda’s forest ecosystems.
After the experience, return to the lodge for lunch before beginning the scenic drive back to Kigali. Upon arrival, transfer to Kigali International Airport or your hotel for onward travel.
