Day 1
Arrival in Arusha – Welcome to Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari representative and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha.
The drive introduces you to Tanzania’s safari gateway city while giving you time to settle into the relaxed pace of your upcoming adventure.
Your overnight stay will be at Mtoni River Lodge or a similar comfort lodge.
Spend the afternoon resting, enjoying lodge surroundings, or preparing for your safari briefing as excitement builds for the wildlife experiences ahead.

Arusha – Tarangire National Park Safari
After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s finest wildlife destinations known for enormous elephant populations and ancient baobab landscapes.
Named after the Tarangire River, this ecosystem becomes especially important during the dry season when wildlife gathers around permanent water sources.
During your game drive, expect opportunities to spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, hartebeests, bushbucks, buffalo, lions, leopards, and an impressive variety of birdlife.
Following a picnic lunch inside the park, continue enjoying wildlife encounters before heading to Eileen's Tree Inn or similar for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park

Descend into the crater floor and experience a dense concentration of wildlife including zebras, wildebeests, lions, buffalo, gazelles, hippos, hyenas, and one of the best chances to spot endangered black rhinos in Tanzania.
Enjoy a packed lunch while surrounded by spectacular crater scenery before continuing toward the iconic Serengeti National Park.
As the landscapes gradually transform into sweeping endless plains, wildlife sightings begin immediately before reaching Embalakai Camp or similar for dinner and overnight.

Full-Day Serengeti National Park Safari

Morning and afternoon game drives maximize wildlife sightings as animals become active across grasslands, kopjes, and river systems.
Depending on season and wildlife movement, sightings may include lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, leopards, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, hyenas, jackals, and abundant birdlife.
Your guide will help position the vehicle for excellent photography while sharing fascinating insights into predator behavior and Serengeti ecology before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.
